What's the first step?

To initiate the custom guitar manufacturing process at White Label Guitars, please provide us with details about your build. This could involve a general concept, diagrams, patterns, or a guitar for disassembly and measurement. Fusion 360 models are also welcomed.

Setup Fee

Before starting your project, a setup fee is required. This fee covers CAD modeling, work holding, fixture creation, tool-pathing, and prototype production. The setup fee's cost depends on the complexity of the design and the modeling time required. The prototype fee is equivalent to the price of one guitar. For a complete guitar, the cost is the price of a guitar at a 10-unit discount. If ordering fewer than 10 units, the price will increase accordingly for production orders.

Our scanning technology ensures precise measurements for detailed CAD models and tool-pathing generation for guitar parts.

Our prices are determined by various factors such as modeling time, complexity, machine time, finish type, and hardware needs. To get an estimate, please reach out by phone or email.
