At White Label Guitars, Wolf and Charles lead a team driven by passion, expertise, and innovation. Wolf, a master luthier with a mechanical engineering background, blends creativity with precision, while Charles, a former attorney with a deep technical background, brings organization and Lean manufacturing principles to our craft. Their collaboration results in guitars that are not only meticulously crafted but also technologically advanced, thanks to Charles' exceptional skills in Fusion 360. With a shared vision for excellence and a commitment to craftsmanship, Wolf and Charles are at the helm of a company that is redefining the art of guitar making.
Chris, another master luthier, is well versed in Lean manufacturing, having worked with several major and boutique guitar manufacturers over two decades. Patrick, a former Air Force mechanic, also brings Lean manufacturing and precision to the table.
